Our factory is based in Lithuania at one of the longest-standing clothing factories in the country and meets the Ethical Trading Initiative base code.

With over 80 years of sewing experience and high-end equipment, our team can create, design and produce up to 500,000 garments per year.

We have 2 sewing lines and a number of partners across Lithuania that use the latest technology (Lectra, Diamimo, 3D) and 100 % process supervision (LEAN). This allows us to produce a wide spectrum of clothing with details such as embroidery, laser cutting, pleating and more, within a timely manner.

We care about the environment so our aim is to be as sustainable as possible in our processes and donate leftover fabric to charities.

Getting a quote

Once we have received and reviewed your garment idea or specifications, we will provide you with a quotation, outlining the best solution to proceed with sampling or production.

Producing samples

We want you to see and believe in our product quality before you order, so we'll create a sample first for you to approve.

This cost will be in addition to your order but allows you to identity any flaws and review the design, pattern or construction before production formally begins.

We can then make any requested changes to perfect the prototype sample before proceeding with a full order.

Going into production

Once the prototype sample has been approved and you're happy with the design, our team will begin production, ensuring every order is made to a high standard and on track to meet agreed timelines.

Quality checks are conducted at every step - from the point of receiving fabrics, during production and before final garments are shipped.

Final shipment

Once the production is complete, we will pack all garments as per your requirements so that your garments are in immaculate condition ready for collection or delivery.

We are also able to assist with organising shipping and delivery should you need.

  • What is CMT?
CMT in apparel manufacturing is the acronym for cut, make, and trim. Cut refers to cutting fabric into patterns Make refers to the cut pieces being sewn into garments Trim means trimming excess thread from the garment as the final step of quality control There are factories (such as ours) that specialise in these three processes and there are other factories that incorporate them into their broader set of services.
  • How should I approach a CMT manufacturer?
If you like the look of what we do and you're interested in placing an order, we suggest following these steps: Make sure to communicate all critical details via email only, so there’s traceability to your communication – you’ll both need that. Visit their website and learn about them as much as possible to avoid asking questions that are already answered. Give them as many details about your product idea as possible, most of which you should present in a detailed tech pack. We prefer to receive the following info in your tech pack: Technical drawing with comments about specifics pointing to specific parts of the garment A brief garment description (e.g., Organic cotton oversized t-shirt) Colourways (preferably PANTONE®) Trimmings (metal zippers, eyelets, drawstrings, etc) Finishing and stitching instructions Additional manufacturing notes (e.g., where to sew care labels) Detailed dimensions (for each part in each size) Fabric details (note, yield, associated trims, size, colour, quantity) If you already have samples, photos of the actual product(s)
  • What's the difference between CMT, CM and RMG?
CMT production refers to Cutting, Making and Trimming of garments. This includes the addition of trims and finer details in the production process. CM production is similar to CMT but the primary difference is that it does not include the addition of trimmings. It simply refers to just the Cutting and Making (or production) of garments. RMG refers to ready-made-garments which are made from supplier sourced and approved row materials.
